We were told upon departure that we would meet at terminal 3 lower level for pick up. When we called after baggage claim (received our bags), we were told to go to terminal 1. This took us additional time with all our baggage to get there. We booked our pick up time. They were late (an hour). We were told we filled out the wrong time. Checked our reservation when we got home, it was correct. They were late picking us up. I was late for work by an hour. Lastly, there was what appeared to be honey all over the roof and windsheild of my car. One would think it would have been cleaned before the car was delivered for pick up. These comments were shared via text. Was expecting a refund or a discount on the next service. None was offered. Really disappointed this last service.

Ich hatte seither noch nie ein so tollen Parkservice wie dieses mal. Einfach wirklich sehr empfehlenswert und da ich oft reise kommt ein anderer Parkservice nicht mehr in Frage. Spitzenklasse absolutes Endlevel der Möglichkeit an Service und Freundlichkeit.
