Drive from the parking to the airport in Berlin was very professional, the driver was nice and helpful. But! The drive back from the airport to the parking was a disaster. even though I wrote text messages in German before the flight, informing what time we would be arriving, I called immediately after getting off the plane. We waited 40 minutes in the freezing cold for the driver! Then we waited for other passengers. Then we arrived at the airport. The drive from the airport to the parking lot took 1 hour! Its almoust longer than the flight from Budapest!
