perfect parking place. very helpful people for crisis management. However, the worst experience with parklot or any other parking reservation system ever. I reserved the place 2 weeks before trip for 2 weeks. never received reservation confirmation. only received payment confirmation from payu. not accepted in P3. parked in P1 instead with a ticket. Then tried to get refund for payment in P3, but rejected again and again. so I had to beg for the guy in P1 when getting out to cancel ticket, so that I would not be paying twice for single parking. he understood that I am telling the truth by checking the security cameras which I suggested to parkot, but they refused again and again. I will never ever ever use this reservation system again.
